The Skin Longevity Protocol — Morning + Night
Skin longevity doesn't need eight products. It needs a few things done every day, in the right order.
This is my actual routine — cleanser, the Longevity Protocol, mineral sunscreen — morning and night, plus the four habits that decide how your skin ages more than any cream does. Receipts at the bottom.

Here's the full breakdown:
-
Morning · Step 1 — A simple cleanser
AM- Morning skin isn't dirty. It's last night's product, a little oil, and whatever your pillowcase left behind. That takes a gentle cleanser and 30 seconds — not a foaming scrub. - Harsh surfactants pull out the lipids that hold your barrier together. You feel it as that tight, squeaky feeling right after washing, and then you chase it with more moisturizer. [1] - What I use: a glycerin cleanser. If you're acne-prone, swap in a salicylic acid cleanser. Lukewarm water, not hot.
What I use
-
Morning · Step 2 — Longevity Protocol Serum + Moisturizer
AM$93 · 40 mL · lasts 4–6 weeks
- Two pumps for the face, one more for neck and chest, on clean skin. This is your serum and your moisturizer in one step — nothing else goes in between. - The active is L-01™, our plant-grown growth factor complex (EGF, FGF-2, IGF-1), wrapped in plant liposomes so it stays intact and releases slowly into the skin instead of breaking down on the surface. Growth factors are the signals skin uses to tell fibroblasts to rebuild collagen. [2] - What you see with daily use: firmer, smoother texture, more even tone, less redness — and a hydrated base that sits well under sunscreen and makeup. Clinically tested, non-comedogenic, no retinoids, suitable for sensitive skin.

Morning · Step 3 — Mineral sunscreen, SPF 50
AM- The highest-leverage step on this page. UVA comes through clouds and window glass and is the main thing breaking down the collagen in your dermis — so the damage happens on your commute and at your desk, not just at the beach. [3] - Zinc oxide covers the full UVA range plus UVB in a single filter. I go mineral because the FDA found several common organic filters in the bloodstream after one day of use — not proof of harm, but zinc oxide doesn't carry that question mark. Go SPF 50: most people apply a quarter to a half of the tested amount, and real protection drops faster than the amount does. [4] - Pick one you'll wear every single day and reapply. My three, from my sunscreen ranking:

Night · Step 1 — The same simple cleanser
PM- This is the wash that matters. Sunscreen, sebum, makeup and a day of city air are all sitting on your face. One full minute with the same gentle cleanser, lukewarm water. - If you wore sunscreen or makeup, cleanse twice: an oil or balm first to lift the zinc oxide and pigment, then your cleanser. Water-resistant sunscreen is built to stay on — foam alone doesn't fully lift it. - No scrub, no acid tonight. The Longevity Protocol goes on right after, and it works on an intact barrier, not a freshly sanded one.
What I use
-
Night · Step 2 — Longevity Protocol
PM$93 · same bottle as the morning
- Same two pumps, face and neck, last thing before bed. Nothing on top. - Night is when skin does its housekeeping: cell division in the epidermis peaks between roughly midnight and 4 a.m., and the barrier is at its most permeable — so this is the window where growth-factor signals do the most. [5] - That's the whole routine: three products in the morning, two at night. Consistency is the active ingredient — results build over 6–12 weeks and hold for as long as you keep going.
